If you are here, it usually means one of two things. You have tried to get answers and keep running into dead ends, or you already know you want a more in depth, root cause approach and you are ready to do it differently this time.

Either way, before you can work with me, there is one required step. You will need to submit an application.

Who Should Apply?

This is not about making things complicated. It is about making sure this is the right fit for both of us because this practice is highly focused. We work primarily with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, post menopause, metabolic concerns, and complex hormonal issues through a functional and integrative lens. The way we approach care is structured, layered, and requires a certain level of commitment. Not every case and not every patient aligns with that model.

The application allows us to understand what you are dealing with, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping to get out of working together. It also allows us to be honest with you about whether we believe we can help and whether this approach is the right next step for you.

There is a $15 application fee. This is intentional. It helps ensure that the process is taken seriously and allows Dr. Kourtney to personally review each submission with the level of attention it deserves.

If your application is accepted, the next step is to schedule a Clarity Blueprint Session.

This is a dedicated consultation where we take a focused, high level look at your case. We review your history, identify patterns, and begin mapping out what is actually going on beneath the surface. You will leave that session with a clear framework of what we are addressing, what testing may be needed, and what your path forward could look like. This is not a quick overview and it is not a full treatment plan. It is the foundation.

From there, if it makes sense, we will outline the most appropriate way to move forward which may include a more comprehensive program or ongoing care.

The Clarity Blueprint Session is $500.

Some patients choose to stop there and take that information to implement on their own. Others continue into a deeper level of care where we work through the plan together over time. There is no pressure, but there is structure. If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not the right place.
