There are several ways to begin with The Holistic Collaborative once your application has been accepted, depending on whether you are looking for educational lab insights or a formal clinical consultation with Dr. Kourtney.
What We Offer
You may start with a Labs First approach, where you request selected lab testing and receive an educational lab summary without a clinical consultation, or you may begin with an Alignment Session & Clinical Blueprint for a physician-led strategy session.
Important Labs First Note: Labs First provides consumer-initiated lab access and educational lab summaries only. It does not include diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, hormone therapy guidance, individualized nutrition counseling, supplement protocols, personalized care plans, or ongoing medical care. If you want individualized medical guidance, you will need to schedule a formal consultation or follow up with your own healthcare provider.

DUTCH Complete Hormone Test
The DUTCH Complete is an advanced at-home hormone test that uses dried urine samples collected over the course of 1 day to provide a detailed look at hormone production, hormone metabolism, and daily cortisol patterns. It evaluates key sex hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and androgens, along with their metabolites, as well as adrenal hormones including cortisol and cortisone. It also includes select markers related to melatonin, nutritional status, oxidative stress, and other body processes that may offer additional context. The DUTCH Complete is described by the laboratory as assessing sex hormones, adrenal hormones, diurnal cortisol and cortisone patterns, melatonin, oxidative stress, and targeted organic acid markers.
This test may be helpful for individuals seeking deeper insight into hormone-related patterns such as perimenopause or menopause changes, cycle changes, fatigue, sleep disruption, mood shifts, or questions about how hormones are being processed in the body. Results may provide educational context, but they do not diagnose the cause of symptoms and are not a substitute for medical evaluation.
If you select this option, you will receive an educational lab summary within 7 days of your completed lab report being issued. This summary is designed to help you understand the categories measured, general patterns shown in the report, and general educational concepts that clients may choose to discuss with a qualified healthcare provider. The summary will explain the major categories included in the DUTCH Complete, identify which areas appear within or outside the lab’s reported ranges, and provide general education about what these categories commonly represent. This service does not include diagnosis, treatment recommendations, hormone therapy guidance, medication changes, supplement protocols, or an individualized care plan. Clients who want personalized medical guidance or treatment recommendations may schedule a separate consultation, if eligible.

GI360™ Comprehensive Stool Test
The GI360 is an advanced stool test that provides a detailed look at the gut microbiome, digestive environment, and potential gastrointestinal stressors. It uses molecular testing, culture-based methods, microscopy, and biochemical markers to evaluate gut bacteria patterns, microbiome diversity, yeast, parasites, viruses, and certain digestive and inflammatory markers. This service does not include diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescription medication guidance, individualized supplement dosing, personalized diet therapy, or management of digestive conditions. The NutrEval is a comprehensive blood and urine test that evaluates nutritional status and metabolic function through more than 125 biomarkers. It assesses the body’s functional need for key antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, and digestive support nutrients, while also providing insight into areas such as oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, and possible toxic element exposure.This test may be helpful for individuals who want a deeper understanding of possible nutrient insufficiencies, imbalances, or metabolic patterns that could be contributing to concerns such as low energy, difficulty recovering, digestive issues, or a desire to better understand nutrition-related laboratory patterns. This overview is not a diagnosis, root-cause medical analysis, treatment plan, supplement protocol, or personalized nutrition prescription.
This service does not include individualized supplement dosing, medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescription medication guidance, or ongoing clinical management. Clients who want personalized nutrition, supplement, or functional medicine recommendations may schedule a separate consultation, if eligible.
